Ponderosa Hills Real Estate Agent

I have lived in the Ponderosa Hills subdivision for 32 years an oasis of rural country feel property minutes away from all the amenities Parker has to offer. I have seen the population of what used to be a small town grow almost 10 fold in the time I have lived here.  Ponderosa Hills first filing of lots began to sell in the summer months of 1961 followed by another filing of 150 3 acres sites in the summer of 1962.

ponderosa-hills-real-estate-agentThis is a subdivision surrounded by huge Ponderosa Pines and was planned for people wanting acreage, privacy, 3 acres lots and views galore.  There are approximately 350 or so lots in this subdivision.  This is property zoned for horses and has a riding trail for those of us that ride to enjoy which is located between Ponderosa Hills and Homestead Hills the subdivison just to the south of us.  There is a community park which had a baseball diamond for decades but which has recently been removed.  The roads in here are mostly dirt with an occasional paved portion in the midst. All roads are county maintained and are plowed regularly as needed in the winter time and graded during the other months of the year.

Being one of only a handful of small acreage lots tucked away in the town of Parker residing in Ponderosa Hills gives us all a wonderful place to call home.  We are surrounded by all types of wildlife and get to enjoy watching them roam our land.  If you are wanting horse property or just a nice sized lot Ponderosa Hills has just what you are looking for. I would love to be your Ponderosa Hills real estate agent.
